Building Coaching Capacity will develop, test and scale a continuum of coaching supports in early childhood that promote children’s social-emotional development and individualized positive behavior support. The team will work with partner sites in Washington to build infrastructure to sustain the coaching model and create professional development for coaches and administrators.
